Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy:

By confirming a reservation with the White River Inn & Suites, you, the guest, agree to the terms of our cancellation policy which is as follows. We require at least 24 hours of notice before 3pm on the reserved check-in date to cancel a reservation without penalty. This means if your reservation is due to check-in on the 23rd, you must cancel by 3pm on the 22nd for you to avoid our cancellation fee. Should you cancel within 24 hours of 3pm on the specified check-in date, you agree to pay our cancellation fee of the first night's stay, in which case we will automatically charge the card on file in our system. By confirming a reservation with us, the White River Inn & Suites, you also agree to waive your right to settle any disputes through trial by judge or jury, and instead agree to settle only through binding arbitration.

Pet Policy:

We are a Pet-Friendly hotel; we allow one dog up to 50 pounds. We do not allow cats. There is a pet fee of $25 per night, up to a $100 cap for short-term reservations, and a pet fee of $100 per 30 days for long term reservations. Owners are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of all pet waste. We require a cheek swab of every dog's DNA at check-in as part of our pet waste management program. This is to keep on file to match to any poo we find that has not been properly picked up and disposed of. Violators will be charged a $300 fine.

Non-Smoking Policy:

Smoke-free property. In accordance with Vermont state law, smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere inside the building, including guest rooms, balconies, and public areas. Smoking is also not allowed within 25 feet of the building. Violators of this policy will be charged a $250 fine.

Age and Payment Policy:

The minimum age to hold a reservation with the White River Inn & Suites is 21. Children must have adult supervision at all times. Valid state- or government-issued identification and major credit card, both matching the guest name on file, are required upon checking in. We do not accept cash.
